Large Clients
Larger companies typically purchase technology products from us, doing a forklift upgrade of systems and networking products. In instances where the organization has a full IT staff, Unisoft Networks may not administer technical services involved, but rather place several engineers onsite to oversee the installation.

Mid-sized Clients
Medium-sized businesses make up the bulk of our client-base. These clients typically purchase products from us, but their main focus is IT. Many small- to medium-sized business use our technical expertise for on-going projects and network maintenance .

If the client has a dedicated IT person on staff, we'll work with that individual to integrate a scalable solutions that fit the growth and development. We may have regularly scheduled engineers provide network maintenance on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis for help-desk, server checks, and system patches. Oftentimes, this time may serve as a training opportunity for the customer's IT manager to learn tips on newer versions of products and to check on network performance.

Small Clients
Smaller clients also benefit from our experienced IT professionals for network concepts . Budgets tend to be leaner and small businesses don't the time or money to risk individual consultants to ‘practice' there network architecture in a solution that might end up costing them more later. Projects typically range from workstations deployments and hardware repairs, to server updates and network connectivity.
